Clinical pharmacology: the application of corporal mesotherapy with Lipodistrofk
requires a precise knowledge of its components, all of which are elaborated to
work in specific areas and combat factors that unleash lipodistrophy, such as
dermal paniculosis and vasculopathy, as well as possible hormonal disorders.
Components from one (1) to ten (10) exert analgesic (1), lipolithic (3, 4, 5),
antispasmodic (6), vasodilator (2), moisturizing (8) and regenerative cellular
(9, 10) action. According to the degree of lipodystrophy present, it is up to
the doctor performing the treatment to combine the analgesic with the lipolithic
and the vasodilator agents. Although combinations of more than three (3)
compounds are not recommended, the doctor can establish a formula of three (3)
or more components, according to his criteria. Several points in selected zones
should be treated with injections of from two (2) to three (3) tenths for each
point. Up to a total of 5 ml can be applied. In order to produce an effective
lipolysis, the treatment should be applied during three (3) consecutive weeks
and repeated according to the doctor’s judgment. To optimize results in anti-obesity
treatments, these should be integral. It is advisable to take four (4) capsules
daily of 7.0.4 and to apply Celludistrofk topically, morning and night.
Synergic action: Lipodistrofk is a clear example of the positive aspects
of synergic action. The vasodilator components assist the lipolithic action,
while the moisturizers, anti-spasmodics, and analgesics support cellular
regeneration and the suppression of excessive adipose tissue.
Composition
Lipodistrofk components have been enriched with special enzymes that must be
mixed right before the injection. Every product and formula comes in a separate
vial for preserving quality of the effects. Each component plays a very
important role in the treatment and must be mixed as indicated in every
particular case, right before the administration.

Formula 1:
Procain hydrochloride, sodium chloride, sodium sulphite, impletol
What this component does:
Local infiltration anaesthetic, vasodilator action, tissue regeneration by
stimulation of the synthesis of DNA.
Procaine is always included in I.D. therapy thanks to its clinical activity and
delayed effect. Procaine is also included in every medical mixtures used in
H.L.D. treatments. Procaine is acetylized in the liver and hydrolyzed in the
plasma by means of an enzymatic action into deanol and paraminobenzoic acid.
Formula 2:
Monoethanolamine nicotinate, sodium heparinate, sodium mercury thiolate
What this component does:
Muscle vasodilator, stimulator of microcirculation, work on artery walls. This
formula will not modify the pro-thrombin rate. This formula is the most original
resource from the therapeutic arsenal of Lipodistrofk. As a vasodilator and
stimulator of microcirculation, it’s used both locally and generally, as a
circulation stimulant.
Formula 3:
Trisilanol monomethyl, condroitinase, hyaluronidase, sodium chloride
What this component does:
Lipolytical action. Stimulation of the cyclic adenosin monophosphate, Activation
of the membrane system. Boost the production of non-saturated fatty acids.
Protection against free radicals. Work against the elimination of elastin and
collagen.
This component is compatible with all solutes with pH 5-6.5. It is part of the
structure of conjuntive tissues and collagen, proteoglycanes and structural
gluco-proteins. Protects against free radicals by reorganizing phospholipids in
the cellular membrane. This component is very effective against the premature
aging of the skin.
Formula 4:
Nicotinamide phosphate, dynucleotid adenosin, scolimus cynara, sodium
sulphite
What this component does:
Action on edemas. Difussion factor, Metabolic changes facilitator. Action on
lipidic metabolism. This component shows excellent tolerance. No acute or
chronic toxicity observed. Highly successful product in the Mesotherapy field
because it favors synthesis of NAPD and NAD enzymes PH (lipolysis control).
Formula 5:
CO-enzyme A, calcium gluconate, cystein cohydrate and magnesium sulphate
What this component does:
Efficient tissular regeneration. Activator of tissue oxide-reduction. Regulator
of lipidic metabolism. This component is an amazing product of Science –the
enzymatic content will actively participate in cellular metabolism transporting
acetylate radicals. Plays an essential role in the metabolism of glucids and the
catabolism of lipids. Works in the degradation of fatty acids and the synthesis
of lipids. It is also essential in the catabolism of protids.
Formula 6:
Melilotus extract, cumarinic derivative, rutoside
What this component does:
Anti-spasmodic action on circulatory system elements. Regulator of the lymphatic
system. Action on capillaries (reduces permeability and increases vascular
resistance). Action on endothelial reticule system (improves absorption,
reservoir and degradation of proteins of the connective tissue).
Dermabiol Institute’s research on citroflavonoids found exceptional from
linfotropic properties in Meliloto. When creating this component Dermabiol added
a cumarinic derivate and a hydrosoluble routine was included for vascular
protection.
Formula 7:
Buflomedil hydrochlorate, Sodium chloride, sodium sulphite, anti-carbonic
Vasomatrix activity on cardiovascular systems.
What this component does:
Activity on muscular and subcutaneous blood circulation. Peripherical
microcirculation and spasmodic-contracted vessels, Restores a efficient
microcirculatory function. This component is more than just a vasodilator- it’s
an “active vessel” at the microcirculatory level. Capillaries do not have muscle-elastic
structure and show a passive dilation. The “per se” active component work in the
microcirculation and in a “key element”, the pre-capillary area. It is at this
micro level where the component plays a major role.
Formula 8:
Nickel, zinc, cobalt and sodium sulphite
What this component does:
Metabolism regulator, hypophysis regulator, control of ponderal excess,
moisturizer of dermic layers. This component is composed of three oligoelements
completely similar and with matching characteristics. In fact, oligoelements
work as partners in a formula for endocrine regulation. In cases of obesity or
with a ponderal load accompanying HLD, a prescription of oligoelements is
indicated. This component provides mesotherapy treatments with multiple benefits
that become visible a few days after the application.
Formula 9:
Caffeine, trietanolanin, impletol, carbopol
What this component does:
inhibition of phosphodiesterase. Stimulation of triglyceridolipase. Increase of

What this component does:
Balances the pH, moisturizes, activates fibroblastic production, avoids
malformations. Restores nutrients, regenerates and revitalizes tissues. This
component has been particularly studied as an moisturizer and catalytic factor
of the Lipodistrofk formula.
Presentation and packing
Lipodistrofk comes in 10 vials properly labeled with the number of the specific
components (10 ml each). Lipodistrofk is packed in expanded polystyrene
containers that protect the product against temperature variations. Each box
includes 10 vials with the corresponding number and contents. Lipodistrofk is
